Our "Strong" cancellation policy is designed to balance the needs of both our guests and hosts, ensuring reliability and commitment in every booking.
Our refund schedule is strictly enforced based on the time remaining before the scheduled check-in (local time of the property):
Full refund of the booking amount minus any non-refundable service fees.
70% of the total booking price is returned to the guest.
40% of the total booking price is returned to the guest.
No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in.
